It
has taken some time to come up with the words for this little
introduction. We have some of the most peaceful, tranquil acres on
God’s Green Earth, and choosing words that express that special
feeling has been a challenge. We may not be the fanciest, but all of
our animals are special and are treated as such.
Oak Hill Farms is a broodmare operation. We have chosen our mares
carefully—bloodline, quality of mind, produce record—in order to
provide quality young horses to prospective buyers for the show
arena. In our belief that the mare provides a major percentage
to the resulting foal, we choose
stallions around the country that we believe would make a successful
cross with our mares – pedigree-wise as well as way of moving.
We presently have nine mares with bloodlines of Zippo Pine Bar, The
Invester, Zippos Mr. Good Bar, Zips Chocolate Chip, Skipa Star,
Sonny Dee Bar, Two Eyed Jack, and Doc O Mos
very nicely represented.
We’re not hard to find, so if you’re in the South Mississippi area,

Oh, and we have our “greeting committee” that consists of Gino (the
Great Pyrenees), Rosie (the Basset Hound), and Riley (the mini
Schnauzer who thinks he’s boss)!
